  1. Honey mustard chicken breasts

Ingredients

  • 2 full boneless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup course ground mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Honey Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Honey

Here’s how to do it

 Preheat the oven to about 375 degrees. Mix the honey and mustard seeds in a bowl and spread to both sides of your chicken breasts. Bake for 30-35 minutes without covering. Ensure that the juices run clear when you cut the chicken pieces.

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion- chopped
  • 1 Burrternut squash-peeled and cubed
  • 6 C Chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg pinch

How to do it   

Saute the onions until brownish, and then add chicken stock. Bring them to boil and simmer until the squash is tender. Puree in a blender, add salt, pepper, and any other ingredients of your choice. Serve it as a soup or course meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 lb. 93% Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 tsp. chopped ginger root

Procedure

Preheat the oven to about 350 degrees. Mix the ingredients in a bowl, and adjust them to match your preferences. Taste the mixture and add the ingredients to suit your favorite flavor.

 Form eight balls or 8 2oz. and bale them in the baking dish for 20-30 minutes.

  1. Spanish rice

Ingredients

  • 1 large jar of green pepper sauce
  • 2 Bags of Minute Rice
  • 1 Pound lean ground Beef

Procedure

Boil the rice for 10 minutes or follow the instructions on the package. Pre-heat the oven to about 375 degrees. Mix the rice with a jar of sauce and crumbled beef in a large baking pan. Bake uncovered for about an hour and serve with a side salad.
